H family times three…. {eastern shore kent island md photographer}
November 1, 2014I’ve had the pleasure of shooting the H family on their Kent Island, MD property for three years now. These boys are just so handsome! Watch out girls, because they are incredible charming and polite too! I just love that each boy has their own look- but you know without a doubt they are family.
Thanks so much for coming back to Andrea Burns Photography again H family! See you next year!
The A Family… {eastern shore md family photographer}
July 19, 2013I love it when the stars can finally align, and a wish you’ve wished for finally comes true. I’ve known Rachel a verrrry long time. (We won’t admit how long, mmm’kay?) We both moved away from home years ago. Over the last several years I’ve photographed various members and events within her extended family. And each time she’d email me… “Please come to [ ] and shoot us!”
Finally… FINALLY, our locations and schedules lined up, and I spent a lovely evening with a family who genuinely gets along so well, that I asked her for parenting advice, LOL! Rachel- I truly hope you love what you see. And though our distance is several hundred miles apart— our friendship is not.
Thanks A family for coming all that way, just to see lil’ ole’ me.
The H Family… {kent island md photographer}
January 26, 2013In my initial inquiry from Mrs. H, she mentioned she had five boys. Five?!?! Thats enough to make any photographer start to sweat and have anxiety. Until I got there. And I realized that these five boys were so supremely well behaved. They each a little gentleman, with perfect manners, and never once complained about what they were doing. I couldn’t get over it! And lets talk about the H’s property on Kent Island, MD. Gorgeous. Breathtaking! A photographer’s dream come true with a weathered barn AND waterfront! This equation was made in heaven… perfect children + perfect property = one of my FAVE sessions to date. I loved every moment, and look forward to the next time.
Thank you Mr. & Mrs. H for choosing Andrea Burns Photography!
the 3 g’s… {eastern shore md photographer)
December 16, 2012Don’t let Courtney’s edgy look fool you one one iota. Courtney is one of the most gentle and generous ladies I’ve ever met, not to mention gorgeous! The 3 G’s! Courtney is also a master hair stylist who owns her own shop in Easton, called Glam. Courtney and her son E were a total trip to shoot one late afternoon. E was a gentleman and a ham all at once… a dangerous combination! Just check them out~
Thanks for the wonderful evening Courtney & E!
oh susannah…. {eastern shore md senior photography}
December 10, 2012I know for a fact that my dear friend Susannah has heard that song all her life…. but I couldn’t help myself. :) I’ve known this lovely miss for several years now, and even shot her handsome brother’s senior photos a few years back. Susannah is on her way north this coming fall for College, and I wish her the best of luck this new chapter of her life has to offer!
Congrats on your upcoming graduation sweet Sus!
Emmalee… {eastern shore md senior photography}
May 7, 2012Meet Emmalee~ a lovely girl from across the Bridge who came to see me after Easter. I had just finished shooting some children, so its always a nice break to photograph a willing and lovely teen… I don’t have to quite “work so hard.” ;) We giggled our way through Denton & Caroline County, and as you can see, she was a trooper in her sleeveless and dresses… as it must have only been 50* degrees that day!
Thanks for coming to see me Emmalee! Best of luck next year!!
Rainbow Beauty…. {kent island maryland photographer}
October 23, 2011The M family members are troopers. Vacationing from NJ on Kent Island, MD, they wanted me to come out and photograph them on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. I was originally slated for a Saturday night shoot. But then the weather forecast said 70% chance of rain. So we moved it to the night before. Only 20% chance of rain.
Wouldn’t you know, it started to rain on my drive in. It sprinkled all of my time there, with a short heavy rain in the middle (we hid and shot on the porch). The beautiful crazy of it all? We could see directly across the bay to Annapolis… where the sun was setting and gorgeous. So the silhouette you’re about to see? Raining on us.
Enough about the story… what a genuinely gorgeous family. Such warm and generous hearts… mom had never met before… but the wind had picked up and she kindly lent me her sweatshirt. They were true sports to follow my directions in the windy drizzle….
Thanks M family! I’m SO HAPPY for the raindrops we had that night!
pretty felicia… {maryland headshot photographer}
March 24, 2011I get contacted quite a bit to shoot headshots for realtors, professionals and aspiring actors and models. Its a great gig! As much as I *love* photographing little ones, sometimes its a breath of fresh air for a teen or adult to pose exactly as I say how… lol. All joking aside, I’m always happy to provide you a great headshot for whatever reason.
Most recently Felicia came to see me. I’ve photographed her before and was so excited to see her smiling face again. Don’t you just love her dimple? She’s so beautiful!
Dee… {maryland actor realtor headshots}
January 31, 2011Dee Martin is an actor from NY who traveled all the way here to Maryland for me to shoot his professional acting headshots. You can view Dee’s acting resume and accomplishments HERE at IDMB. Maybe one of my photos will replace that one there… ;)
If you are an actor/ actress/ Realtor, or need some other type of profession headshot in the Washington DC metro area, I can be of service. Just contact me via the Contact Tab on my website.
