Happy Halloween from the Burns’ to you!
I love photography, and the never ending learning curve of the art. To me there is magic in a captured memory. Sharing this magic with you is my heart and passion.
I'm an artist and a photographer located on the Eastern Shore, MD specializing in children and their families. I am a wife to my wonderful husband of 10 years and mother to three. My blog is where I post my more recent work as well as any exciting news or deals that I'm having. Be sure to check back often. Oh, and if you want to make my day, leave me a comment.... I would love to hear from you. Thanks!

Happy Halloween from the Burns’ to you!
This is my third time shooting these girls, and I always get excited to see them and see how they have grown. When we first met baby M (the youngest) she was bald, bald, bald. Now at two and a half, she is a pretty blonde! Big sister K is just as curious and inquisitive as ever. We had a chillier day for our session, but the girls were awesome in their short sleeves, and slipped into their own cute Uggs when we were finished. Kill me now, I think my Audrey needs a pair!

and one of the entire beautiful family… THANKS again H family!

I adore these three! This was a fantastic in-home studio session. The two older kids were such great helpers, and awesome troopers! I had a lovely time also talking to Mom about marathoning, as she was one as well.
Beautiful kids!

SO SWEET!

Pssst! Christmas is on it’s way, didn’t you know?!? I wanted to take the baby home, he was just delicious, but Mom wouldn’t let me, lol.
Thanks J family!
I *finally* have my Holiday Card gallery up and running! I’m SO excited about the selection of cards this year! Here’s just a sneak peek of just a few of the cards~

They are just beautiful cards, printed on gorgeous cardstock, printed on both sides. You can choose watercolor paper, linen textured paper, or a slightly-metallic Pearl paper.
If you are interested in using some of your Andrea Burns Photography images in your card this year, please email me, and I’ll set you up with the gallery password.
They’re here, they’re here!! My own canvases from our family portrait session. I. Love. Them. So. MUCH!

They are a 16×20, 20×30, and three 6×6′s, gallery wrapped.
One more 16×20 went in our dining room….

It was purposely hun where I can see it every time I’m eating a meal. My babies, in their essence.
A short while ago I had the extreme pleasure to meet the D family, and spend a little time with baby K, this wee pixie on one of her first outings. Let me tell you… her Daddy is just *smitten* with her. And when he wasn’t tending to K, he was making sure his wife was taken care of too. It was so sweet to watch it all unfold. What a GORGEOUS family they are.

I’ve been photographing lil’ A over the past year, he’s one of my baby planners. His eyes never fail to draw me in… they are just so gorgeous and s!parkly! I blogged his 3 month session HERE, but must have forgotten to blog his 6 month session (July was ca-Razy!) Just look at how he’s grown! Love A and the whole D family!

Fall is starting to show it’s lovely colors here in glorious Maryland….

fellow photogs… ISO 1600!
Connor is one of those young men that everyone loves. He’s got the total package, a great son, a wonderful friend, lots of charm, and a deep faith. He’s multi-faceted when it comes to the outdoors… he loved to play soccer, rock climb, play ultimate frisbee, and take long backpacking trips.

Thanks Connor for a great senior session, and best of luck at Maryland next year!

week 40 finds me moody, dark and reflective. So who better to help me get that out, then my own sensitive Lucky. A little somber, and a little texture, a lot handsome.
