I love photography, and the never ending learning curve of the art. To me there is magic in a captured memory. Sharing this magic with you is my heart and passion.
I'm an artist and a photographer located on the Eastern Shore, MD specializing in children and their families. I am a wife to my wonderful husband of 18 years and mother to three. My blog is where I post my more recent work as well as any exciting news or deals that I'm having. Be sure to check back often. Oh, and if you want to make my day, leave me a comment.... I would love to hear from you. Thanks!
Do you happen to remember this little face….? She was my first client, back in early 2008.
Take a look at her beauty now! (Can you believe the difference of a year and a half?)
Mom let me have all creative control. So I went to town….
The three of these beauties together….
and now my heart swells…. the whole family.
‘Tis the Season!
My goodness, I can’t believe how fast it is coming! Just thought I’d share a sneak peek of some of the new holiday card offerings this year.
I am offering both double sided cards and just the single side cards. As always, they are totally customizable with your Holiday Message.
I met the E family a couple of Fridays ago in Old Town Alexandria. It’s kind of a funny story… one of my favorite blogs I like to read, Cherie Mask… well I left a comment one time on a post of hers. Mrs. E was an old friend of Cherie’s who just happened to click on my link… and lo and behold we were in the same area. It’s really a small world.
Ok, back to the session. Can I just mention that I think OT Alexandria is one of my fave places to shoot now…. once you get past the traffic on a Friday evening? The E family was so cute and so warm, it was very easy to chat and laugh with them. And every. single. one. of. them had amazing eyes! Take a look for yourself….
See what I mean about the eyes? E family, I can’t wait to see ya’ll again!
has my heart….
I am so beyond blessed that I get to kiss that face and snuggle that neck every hour. Blessed. And her new trick….
(sigh)
**By the way… I can NOT get enough of the Banner Boutique headbands. So sweet!
It started as a hot, sunny late July day. It was the perfect day for Anne and Bryant to get married! This was a very special couple… you could feel their love for each other just emanating off of them! They were both so handsome and have such beautiful souls. It was my first time shooting with a second shooter. Beth Kubovcik of Sugar Rush Photography. We had SO much fun together… She is so talented!
Now onto the show….
And of course, it ended in a spectacular thunderstorm! Congrats and best wishes to Anne & Bryant!
